fantastic location friendly staff perfect cleanliness generous offerings
The hotel location is fantastic. I could easily access public transport. the staff was friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. i found the cleanliness of the hotel to be perfect. Every corner sparkled. i liked the generous offerings. I was like i received very nice value.
the room i had showed some minor signs of wear, specifically on the fixtures.

i stayed at the hotel in a beautiful king room. the hotel location is very convenient because its next door to the station. the staff was helpful and quick to store bags.
the water was just below room temperature one morning when i showered.

room size poor soundproofing
The room i had was quite a disappointment, actually. it was smaller than what i expected from a place like this and seemed to lack any decent natural light. but the real kicker was the noise, i swear. the elevators were right next door, and i heard every ding and whir like they were in my room. The soundproofing might as well have been non-existent. it really put a damper on what should have been a relaxing stay.

different layouts online pictures
the room was not what i expected. i booked a king room , BUT , upon arrival , it resembled a queen room instead. the room looked very different from the online images. i was told that rooms have different layouts , and only ONE king room matches the online pictures. don't waste your money on a king room.
